Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve plant goals
- Foster positive relationships with hourly production team members through engagement, mentoring, and training
- Manage daily production schedules and ensure consistent workflow, adjusting resources as needed
- Ensure safety by identifying and correcting safety issues, conducting training and audits, and investigating incidents
- Achieving quality goals by reviewing standards and processes, and recommending improvements
- Support plant leadership with recommendations for improving production methods, equipment, and safety conditions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or at least five years of manufacturing experience
- Leadership experience.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Team-oriented with a commitment to customer service
- Proficient in multitasking and decision-making
- Open to some travel
Salary: $70K - $80K
