Job Description: - bility to handle day-to-day user queries, support activities for applications and overnight batches.
- Identify, define, and implement required monitoring and automation solutions.
- bility to deal with time sensitive issues in support of critical service level commitments.
- Maintenance of Issues logs, knowledge base articles and documentation.
- Lead troubleshooting during production outages and communicate to management throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Performs complex troubleshooting as a subject matter expert in one or more applications.
- Leads root cause analysis and problem management for problems to address underlying technical issues.
- Work closely with developers on continuous integration/continuous delivery solutions.
- Production readiness reviews for new releases and validate the supportability of changes prior to introduction into production.
- Experience in application deployment/release activities.
Required Skills/Experience: - Java - Coding and check code
- Worked on a support role
- Debugging existing code experience
Preferred Skills/Experience: - Splunk
- JIR

- Oracle

Required Education/Certification(s): - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, etc.
dditional Information: - Duration: 12-month contract to hire
- Hybrid Work Model: 3 days onsite weekly required weekly in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL
- Rate Range: $70-75/hr. W2 (based on experience)
