Salary: $80K Base and Up (Plus Bonuses) This is a FULL-TIME permanent position

This is with a well-established company that offers outstanding benefits and is seeking an experienced Production Plant Supervisor like you.

Responsibilities:

Supervise a multishift production team.
Maintain excellent quality, safety and production standards for this operation.
Demonstrate excellent managerial & leadership skills.
Ensure availability of adequate supplies and materials needed to meet and exceed productivity standards.
Manage the scheduling and keeping the staff accountable for results being delivered.
Responsible for the cleanliness of the work area, maintain the master cleaning schedule, and follow up on all operational Food Safety Audits.
Ensure the accuracy of all production documents.
Adherence to GMP, OSHA standards, safety, and all other plant policies.

Requirements:

HS Diploma or GED is Required, associate or bachelors degree is preferred.
2 + years experience supervising employees directly in a production manufacturing environment.
Ability to motivate, train people, monitor the safety and quality of the products produced, and ensure the safety of the managed employees.
Excellent computer skills MS Office.
Experience with an (ERP) inventory control system is a strong plus such as SAP or similar.
A clean driving record and a valid drivers license are required.
Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for a visa sponsorship now or in the future.
