Production Planner with Security Clearance

The Production Planner will play a critical role in supporting various programs and hardware production activities. This role involves coordinating production schedules, managing materials, and ensuring hardware and data records are effectively handled. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing both office and production floor responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
Hardware Coordination: Oversee the movement and handling of hardware across production stages.
Data Analysis: Maintain, analyze, and interpret production data and records to identify potential improvements.
Production Support: Collaborate with teams to ensure timely delivery of hardware and program milestones.
Cross-functional Support: Work with various departments to support hardware development and ensure program objectives are met.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess production workflows and recommend enhancements.
Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with company standards and government regulations. Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in production management, preferably in aerospace or defense.
Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Active U.S. Secret Clearance or higher (mandatory).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
