Job Title: Production Scheduler/Planner Location: Fond du Lac County

We are looking for a Production Scheduler/Planner to join a growing manufacturing team in Fond du Lac County. In this role, you will be the key link between forecasting, production, and supply chain, ensuring products are made on time and efficiently. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys digging into data, optimizing schedules, and working cross-functionally to improve production flow. What You Will Be Doing:
• Develop and manage production schedules to balance customer demand, inventory levels, and production capacity.
• Analyze historical production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and manufacturing teams to align production planning with material availability and business objectives.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Use advanced Excel tools, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and macros, to track and analyze production data.
• Prepare and present reports for senior management, including downtime analysis and production efficiency insights.
• Leverage ERP systems to enhance reporting accuracy and forecasting. Experience with ERP systems is preferred but not required. What We Are Looking For:
• Three to five years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for data trends and process improvements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. If you love spreadsheets, we want to hear from you.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.
