We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Permanent Production Planner for our Manufacturing division. This role is an integral part of our team, responsible for coordinating and managing the manufacturing process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, production scheduling, and forecasting. If you are a detail-oriented professional with a knack for optimizing efficiency and driving productivity, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the production planning process, ensuring that all production requirements are met on time and within budget.
• Utilize ERP systems to track production schedules, inventory levels, and material requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and procurement, to align production plans with business objectives.
• Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure production efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain material planning systems to ensure the availability of raw materials and components needed for production.
• Manage the distribution of finished goods, coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Conduct forecasting to predict future production needs and adjust plans as necessary.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline production processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning within the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and other production planning tools.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, production scheduling, and material planning.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and adapt to changing business needs.
• Knowledge of KPIs and experience in performance measurement.
• Proven track record in managing the distribution of finished goods.
• Forecasting skills to accurately predict future production needs.
• Ability to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
