This role includes ensuring product quality, adhering to safety standards, and maintaining equipment in optimal condition. Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery and equipment according to the production plan. Monitor the manufacturing process and make adjustments as needed to meet production goals. Inspect products for quality and specifications, reporting any discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of production output and issues. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment, reporting any malfunctions. Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents. Collaborate with team members to improve production processes and efficiency. Keep the production area clean, organized, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in manufacturing preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role. Familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment. Understanding of production and safety standards in the manufacturing industry. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
