Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Production Operator to work in the Sandusky, OH area. This is a direct hire position that offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machines
- Ensure product meets specifications and requirements
- Examine, inspect and measure raw materials to determine conformance
- Operate equipment as needed for efficient operation
- Operate material handling equipment (hoists, cranes, fork trucks, hand trucks)
- Inspect product and take samples
- Inspect, and measure raw materials to determine conformance to requirements
- Monitor production process to assure product remains within specification. Inspect work product and equipment to detect defects or malfunctions
- Promote safety and environmental compliance through active participation and support of company safety and environmental policies and programs and initiating corrective action for recognized unsafe conditions or hazards
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities:
- Read and interpret documents such as safety rules and maintenance instruction
- Ability to calculate and perform basic math skills
- Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs

- Must have high diploma or equivalent
- Attendance/ Punctuality: Must be consistently at work and on time
- Must be available to work overtime and weekends
