Production Operator - Irvine, CA
Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Schedule: 1st Shift Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours. Regular and punctual attendance is required.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Production Operator I to join our manufacturing team in Irvine, CA . In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly, calibration, testing, and inspection of medical devices. You will work in a clean and regulated environment and contribute to maintaining FDA, ISO, and CMDR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Build products according to production schedules using hand and small power tools.

Test and calibrate parts and mechanisms to meet product specifications.

Perform inspections and follow quality control procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.

Support R&D builds and participate in special projects as assigned.

Follow all safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
-
6 months to 3 years of experience in a related manufacturing or production role.

Familiar with standard manufacturing concepts and practices.

Strong communication skills; able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English.

Basic math skills and ability to use measurement tools such as microscopes.

Willingness to rotate tasks and contribute to a team environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.

Occasionally lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Work involves a moderate to high degree of concentration and time commitment to meet production goals.

- Conducting general troubleshooting of equipment during production, manufacturing defects and overall element
- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment associated with material fabrication
