A-Line Staffing is now hiring Production Operators in Belvidere, NJ.
The role is with a global leader in nutrition and health product manufacturing and has the potential for contract-to-hire. This is a full-time, hands-on production position.

Production Operator Compensation
• The pay for this position is $23.00 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Production Operator Highlights
• This position is a contract assignment estimated to last 3 months with potential to extend or convert to permanent employment
• Schedule:
- Start with 12-hour shifts Monday-Thursday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, for 4 weeks
- Then transition to a rotating 12-hour DuPont schedule (day/night rotation)
• Work Location: 100% onsite at Belvidere, NJ facility
Production Operator Responsibilities
• Operate storage, blending, milling, spray drying, and packaging equipment for raw materials and finished goods
• Handle raw/in-process materials and finished products following GMP, ISO, and FDA standards
• Perform loading/unloading of trucks, batch ingredient delivery, and maintain accurate receiving/disbursement records
• Execute daily tasks safely using personal protective equipment and compliant with DSM Safety Standards
• Report and address unsafe conditions, request maintenance work orders, and follow emergency response protocols
• Participate in physical inventories and ensure proper documentation of all packaging and material handling activities
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, attend team meetings, and contribute to plant and SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) initiatives
• Support production of feed and vitamin products for both Animal and Human Health and Nutrition across two units (X81 and X87)
Production Operator Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing or production
• Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for 12-hour shifts, and work both days and nights
• Must be a self-starter, motivated, and safety-conscious
• Attendance is critical, especially during the initial training and onboarding period
Production Operator Preferred Skills
• Experience working in spray drying or vitamin/pharma-related manufacturing
• Forklift certification or experience
• Strong understanding of SHE (Safety, Health, and Environmental) protocols
• Comfortable working in ISO 9001 / 14001 and FDA-certified environments
