Thrive Shepton are delighted to be working with our client based in Milborne Port, who are looking for several Production Operatives to work Monday to Friday. Ongoing role starting ASAP.
You must be physically fit , be able to reliably commute to and from work, be able to work under supervision and as part of a team. Overtime is required during busier times.
A good understanding of English both verbal and written is required.
Full training will be provided.
General Duties:
This role involves all aspects of Production, from sorting to processing, packing and despatch. You are expected to meet and exceed set targets to achieve the agreed quality standards, following company guidelines.

Pay rate:
- Basic - From April increasing to 12.75 per hour
- Overtime - From April increasing to 19.13 per hour
