Paint Production Manager Expanding Manufacturer World Class Organization

Salary $90,000 $110,000 + Benefits + Paid Relocation to TEXAS

As the Paint Manager at this expanding manufacturer, youll focus on managing the engineers & technicians who install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the paint lines and highly robotic paint systems.

This is a hands-on managerial position and youll train & coach the engineers and technicians as they perform tests throughout stages of the paint process. Youll use your Lean Manufacturing Methods as you look for opportunities to improve processes and equipment and teach the team to use Lean.

Youll need experience in labor scheduling and budget management. Effective communication skills are important as youll interact with your team, customers, and other departments in the plant.

As the Paint Manager, youll be able to give back by being a mentor to supervisors, engineers and technicians. This company has a solid product demand, little turnover, and is an excellent long-term career opportunity in this team focused company.

Bachelors degree and automotive experience are pluses but not required.

Minimum requirements for this Paint Manager position:
Paint Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
Stable work history.
