Production Manager

Production Manager- 1st Shift

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM We are conducting a search for an experienced Production Manager to lead operations at a small manufacturing plant in the Fond du Lac area. Compensation & Benefits:
•   Salary range: $110,000 - $125,000
•   Bonus potential of annual salary Qualifications:
•   Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
•   Prior experience in chemical manufacturing or process industries
•   Familiarity with LEAN, Six Sigma, or other process optimization methodologies (preferred) Key Responsibilities:
•   Plan, direct, and coordinate production activities to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals
•   Supervise operations associates including batch makers, machine operators, material handlers, and team leads
•   Analyze production schedules and data to evaluate and improve performance
•   Collaborate with supervisors and managers to coordinate workflows across departments
•   Enforce all safety and environmental regulations
•   Develop work schedules and production sequences
•   Inspect processes, products, and equipment for quality and efficiency
•   Prepare and manage departmental expense and capital budgets
•   Provide coaching, performance feedback, and developmental planning for team members
•   Coordinate facility maintenance and improvement projects What Success Looks Like:

•   Ensuring processes and products comply with specifications and standards
•   Maintaining budgetary discipline and managing capital investment plans
•   Supporting and developing team performance through consistent leadership and mentorship
•   Driving communication and collaboration across production, maintenance, and materials teams
