Job Details

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Manager to join their team in San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience in production management and a proven track record of overseeing manufacturing processes, ensuring quality control, and optimizing production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations and ensure that production targets are met.
Implement and maintain quality control standards to ensure the highest level of product quality.
Develop and manage production schedules to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, logistics, and sales, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of products.
Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Train and supervise production staff, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in production management software and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
