We are recruiting for a Production Manager position, offering an excellent opportunity to join at a supervisory level in a division that provides top-tier instrument reprocessing services.

Note: This role involves an element of on-call duties in the future and currently requires working one weekend per month.

What You Will Do
  • Manage the daily operations of the production unit, including logistics for contaminated and sterilized products.
  • Lead staff proactively, encouraging continuous improvement, innovation, and corrective actions.
  • Plan and schedule production to meet customer specifications.
  • Manage budgets and financial targets with rigorous monitoring.
  • Participate in on-call management to ensure emergency services are maintained.
Education and Experience
  • Leadership experience, including managing support functions.
  • Comfortable with IT systems and tools.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules.
  • Supervisory or managerial background.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Target-driven and resilient under pressure.
  • Knowledge of regulations and policies.
  • Prioritize health and safety.
