Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Production Manager role located in Orlando, FL at Rockway Exhibits + Events. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, managing resources, coordinating with internal team and vendors, and ensuring the timely and successful execution of projects. The role involves maintaining quality standards, adhering to budgets, and providing leadership and guidance to the production team. This position will manage (2) PM's, (1) estimator, (2) Detailers, and (1) Shop Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Project Management, Production Planning, and Resource Management skills
- Estimating and pre production
- Vendor Coordination and Budget Management skills
- Experience in event production, exhibit design, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in production
