Job Introduction
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing all aspects of electrolyte production, from ensuring smooth production operations to driving continuous improvement in quality, safety, and cost - effectiveness. You'll collaborate closely with multiple departments to meet production targets and uphold the highest standards in the industry.
Responsibilities
1. Production Management: Take full charge of all business operations in electrolyte production, ensuring that production resources and safety facilities are in place and ready for production.
2. System Promotion: Spearhead the advancement of production, quality, and safety systems to enhance overall operational efficiency and compliance.
3. Technical Review: Conduct technical assessments during the transition from product R&D to trial production, guaranteeing product safety, reliability, and stability.
4. Problem - Solving and Production Planning: Lead efforts in tackling production - related technical and quality challenges. Demonstrate proficiency in production planning and lean manufacturing principles.
5. Plan Formulation and Execution: Organize the development of annual and monthly production schedules, equipment maintenance plans, and EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) plans. Regularly hold monthly production meetings, and oversee implementation, inspection, coordination, and assessment.
6. Operation Meetings and Contract Fulfillment: Organize weekly and monthly operation meetings to ensure the fulfillment of product contracts and strive for the comprehensive and successful completion of production tasks.
7. Quality Management: Establish and optimize the quality management system to ensure products meet both industry standards and customer requirements.
8. Equipment Management: Manage all aspects of production equipment, including selection, procurement, installation, commissioning, and maintenance, to ensure seamless operation.
9. Safety Management: Participate in and organize safety inspections and hazard identification. Conduct risk assessments for different positions and provide relevant training to employees.
10. Cost Control: Develop production cost control plans and strictly monitor all cost expenditures during the production process.
11. Process Optimization: Streamline production processes to minimize material and energy consumption, and boost production efficiency and economic returns.
12. Cost Analysis: Conduct regular cost analysis and accounting to provide data - driven insights for the company's strategic decision - making.
13. Cross - departmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, procurement, R&D, and quality departments to jointly resolve issues arising during production.
14. Information Sharing: Timely convey production - related information and requirements to support the work of other departments.
Requirements
1. Education Background: A minimum of a bachelor's degree or higher in relevant fields such as mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or general engineering.
2. Work Experience: Possess 5 - 10 years or more of production management experience in related industries. Familiarity with chemical production processes and system construction is highly preferred.
3. Skills and Abilities: Demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills, strong leadership capabilities, and outstanding planning and execution abilities.
