JOB FUNCTION:
1. Position is responsible for safely managing all aspects of Manufacturing Operations including P&L oversight.
2. Position is responsible for maximizing manufacturing process especially focused on the following (Labor, Scheduling, Tooling, Training, Throughput and Quality).
3. Ensure equipment is built and installed in the highest quality and efficiency.
4. Position must excel in Job Shop environment with rapidly changing priorities.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Manage all safety related programs (observation, incidents).
2. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and training for the manufacturing process.
3. Implements and controls production schedule.
4. Manage material resources needed for manufacturing process
5. Ensuring sufficient staffing levels to meet business demands.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. The position must drive and meet MPW safety objectives. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide training and support to the workforce.
2. The position is responsible for managing and performing all HR functions associated with Plant.
3. The position must understand and drive P&L statement and meet or exceed budgeted thresholds.
4. The position is heavily involved in managing and improving the quality of the products and ensures company standards are being met.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. This position is responsible for manpower, equipment and customer relations in multiple, geographically dispersed locations.
2. Due to the nature of the business as a 24/7 service company, non-traditional availability maybe required as a regular part of the job.
3. Travel to field services sites, and customer sites as needed. 10 to 15 nights travel required.
4. This position is a member of the Management Team and called upon to facilitate the performance of all MPW division

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's Degree or related Degree in Engineering and/or Business Management acceptable. Strong relative work history can be substituted
2. Lean training and P&L management. Previous exposure and success managing KPI's
3. Strong technical and mechanical skills.
4. 5-10 years' experience in industrial, manufacturing, or environmental services acceptable.
5. Solid Computer skills.
