The Opportunity
We're seeking a dynamic Production Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence. How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead Production Excellence: Develop, implement, and optimize production schedules across manufacturing, assembly, and third-party services to ensure consistent, high-quality output

- Inspire Your Team: Provide mentorship and leadership to production staff, fostering a culture of quality, safety, and innovation
- Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with Product Planning, Procurement, and other teams to synchronize operations and ensure seamless production flow

What You'll Bring
- Experience That Matters: 8+ years in production management or similar leadership role within manufacturing and distribution environments
- Educational Foundation: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and production management fundamentals
