The Opportunity

We're seeking a dynamic Production Manager to join our team and drive operational excellence. In this pivotal role, you'll have direct impact on our manufacturing success while helping shape our future growth. How You'll Make an Impact

  • Lead Production Excellence: Develop, implement, and optimize production schedules across manufacturing, assembly, and third-party services to ensure consistent, high-quality output
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and implement lean production methodologies that deliver measurable results
  • Inspire Your Team: Provide mentorship and leadership to production staff, fostering a culture of quality, safety, and innovation
  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with Product Planning, Procurement, and other teams to synchronize operations and ensure seamless production flow
  • Solve Complex Challenges: Quickly identify production bottlenecks and implement effective solutions that keep operations running smoothly
  • Uphold Quality Standards: Ensure all production activities maintain our rigorous quality and safety standards that our customers depend on

What You'll Bring

  • Experience That Matters: 8+ years in production management or similar leadership role within manufacturing and distribution environments
  • Educational Foundation: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and production management fundamentals
  • Digital Proficiency: Experience with ERP systems and production management software
  • Leadership Approach: Proven ability to lead teams through challenges with clear communication and decisive action
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical thinking combined with practical know-how to resolve complex production issues
