A leading food manufacturing business in Lanarkshire is seeking a Production Manager to support and develop frontline teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a background in FMCG who thrives on coaching others and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities -
Develop and implement tailored development plans for team members

Coach front-line staff to build problem-solving capabilities and improve team ownership

Ensure shift activities align with broader business goals

Manage people-related processes including performance reviews, coaching, and employee relations

Collaborate with other departments to identify and deliver improvement opportunities

Promote and apply Operational Excellence tools and methodologies
Ideal Candidate -
Proven leadership experience in FMCG environment

Strong people management and coaching skills

Track record of driving performance and process improvements

Knowledge of Operational Excellence tools and best practices
