Salary up to $130,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation to the Midwest

Key Responsibilities:



  • Formulate and meet department budget needs and expectations.

  • Act as a change agent to enhance team performance and achieve higher levels of business success.

  • Develop operations team leaders to ensure expertise in a downsized organization.

  • Maintain effective labor management relationships and department/sales/customer interfaces.

  • Plan short and long-term department objectives, strategies, risks, and opportunities.

Minimum qualifications required for this Production Managers position:



  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Management or a technical field required.

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of production line management experience in an industrial processing facility pulp & paper, metals, chemicals, etc.

  • Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, and personnel development abilities. Ability to adapt to changing environments and work effectively in a unionized facility.
