Insight Global is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to work onsite for a client in Sanford, NC. In this role you will use your knowledge, skills, and effort to safely install, inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment. You will also utilize preventative maintenance processes on all production equipment to maintain minimal interruptions to production.
- Ability to program robots, using software or interactive programming techniques, to perform simple or complex tasks.
- Ability to perform robot PMs, troubleshoot failures and implement repairs.
- Responsible for maintaining and programing programable logic controllers (PLC) and computer process controls.
- Intermediate to full ability to identify root causes and make recommendations for improved operation.
Requirements:
Must Have:
- 5 years of maintenance or industrial tech experience
- Ability to read mechanical blueprints, and pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical schematics.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and plumbing equipment.
- Ability to program robots, using software or interactive programming techniques, to perform simple or complex tasks.
- Ability to perform robot PMs, troubleshoot failures and implement repairs.
- Experience performing maintenance on injection molding machines.
