Job Description Join a dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Machine Operator where you'll operate stamping presses and 5-axis lasers to produce high-quality metal parts. This is a physically active role that requires precision and attention to detail. You'll be working in a climate-controlled environment producing components for leading OEMs. A strong work ethic and a focus on quality are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities: - Operate stamping presses (95-1000 tons) and 5-axis CO2/Fiber Optic laser cutting machines
- Load and unload metal materials into machine beds
- Perform visual inspections and use quality check aids to ensure part accuracy
- Record part counts, scrap counts, and production data accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with ISO standards
Qualifications and Requirements: - Previous experience with 5-axis lasers and/or stamping press equipment preferred
- Ability to lift and handle parts ranging from 5 to 35 lbs throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record required

The base salary range for this position is $17.50-$19/hr , excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
