DESCRIPTION: Responsible for preforming production work in Pleasant Grove bottling facility. Assembles finished product. Inspects product to ensure high quality. Operates, tends, and cleans machinery. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain Manufacturing Expectations of Passion, Intellect, Working Well with Others, Quality, Attendance, and Safety. Assist with production lines in the facility. Load and unload items from bottling and packaging machines. Gather needed filling and packaging components from staging areas. Assist with the proper set up, tear down, upkeep, and cleaning of machinery and other equipment used in production. Inspect finished good products to guarantee all quality standards are met. Assist with assigned product rework functions. Perform and document In-Process Checks correctly and at regular intervals to keep product within quality standards. Clean up work area and help others clean their areas if needed. Assist in any/all production tasks when needed. Must continuously follow all safety policies and procedures. Help to train other employees on all relevant SOP's and related job tasks. Good attendance is essential for the job. JOB QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED preferred For Safety and other purposes must be able to read, write, and communicate in English with others. Must be self-motivated and hardworking. Have the ability to find/complete tasks in the absence of supervision. Willingness to learn new processes and procedures. Ability to work well with other in a team environment. Ability to learn and maintain dōTERRA's safety, quality, and cGMP standards. Ability to be on time to work and returning from breaks. Must have basic math skills. Must be able to lift approximately 35lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
