Summary:
The role involves producing of FIA test kits, and Rapid Test uncut sheets while ensuring daily production goals are met in terms of quality, quantity, and timeliness. Responsibilities include preparing SOPs, batch manufacturing records, QC documents, and maintaining proper documentation. The role also requires following SOPs for efficient production, troubleshooting issues, and managing production materials and equipment.
Required Experience: 0 to 1 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the IVD industry is preferred (Freshers are also Preferred).
Job Responsibilities:
- Production of FIA test kit and Rapid test Uncut sheets.
- Ensure the daily production goals are met in terms of quality, quantity and on time.
- Preparation of SOP, Batch manufacturing record, QC Documents and ensure proper documentation.
- Strictly follow the SOP to achieve the efficient production output and participate in trouble shooting for production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage the utilization of resources and maintain the production related materials, equipment and its Logbooks.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Ability to meet production goals while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Skilled in preparing SOPs, batch records, and documentation.
- Identifying and resolving production issues, implementing corrective actions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple Task.
- Knowledge on ISO 13485 Standards.
Qualification:
- B. Tech/M. Tech/master's degree in biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related field.
