Production & Logistic Coordinator

This role is integral to ensuring the seamless orchestration of our manufacturing processes, maintaining efficiency, and enhancing productivity. This expert is responsible for overseeing the entire production schedule, managing workflow, and ensuring that every stage of the manufacturing process is executed according to plan. This person will also be responsible for managing and coordinating the flow of goods and materials from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. This position plays a key role in optimizing supply chain processes and maintaining efficient operations. By leveraging their extensive knowledge of production systems, inventory management, and quality control, they play a crucial role in meeting our company's operational goals.


Responsibilities & Duties

  • Process incoming customer orders covering every step of inhouse production
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands
  • Monitor production processes, adjust schedules as needed and correct order confirmation
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure efficient workflow
  • Manage inventory levels to prevent production delays
  • Track production metrics and generate performance reports
  • Identify and resolve production issues promptly
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Manage inventory database & monitor supply chain and shipments
  • Local procurement for customer projects
  • Engage in regular communication with clients
  • Respond and follow up with all inquiries for vendors and customers related to purchase orders
  • Optimize resource allocation and labor utilization
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes
  • Reach define production KPIs targets

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in production or manufacturing management preferred
  • Strong knowledge of production processes and operations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Hands on experience with SAP
