About the Team The Austin Studio leads the development of engaging land-based slot machines, contributing to Bluberi's dynamic R&D department in concert with other development teams across the U.S. and Canada. Our passionate team of seasoned professionals spans multiple disciplines, including mathematics, visual arts, software engineering, game design, audio engineering, and quality assurance. Operating in a hybrid model, we balance seamless collaboration on target hardware with the flexibility to foster creativity and efficiency.
Summary: Bluberi is seeking a highly motivated individual who has a passion for game development and slot machines to be part of our Jackalope Studio. The Project Coordinator will drive project execution, foster collaboration on creative and technical teams, and ensure seamless delivery of high-quality gaming experiences for our players and customers.
Essential Functions: - Project Management
- Oversee all stages of game development, ensuring project milestones and schedules are achieved.
- Collaborate with department leads to allocate resources, resolve dependencies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and production documentation.
- Create and manage project tasks and deliverables using tools such as JIRA to promote clarity, accountability, and timely execution.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for game projects across studio leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between engineering, mathematics, PMO, QA, and other departments.
- Align cross-functional teams on development priorities and ensure transparency throughout the production lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement
- Lead team retrospectives and game reviews to enhance workflows, improve product quality, and drive profitability.
- Promote a culture of feedback and iteration to develop industry-leading content and optimize development practices.

Travel Required: - Ability to travel 5-10% with some international travel (Canada)
Required Education and Experience: - 3+ years of experience in professional project management, with a foundation in Agile methodologies, including SCRUM.
- Demonstrated leadership in navigating teams through organizational change and driving results in dynamic environments.
- Proficient in various project development tools, including Microsoft Office, and JIRA or Easy Redmine.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor information for diverse development teams and disciplines.
Preferred Education and Experience: - Experience in leading creative teams in fast-paced, innovative environments.
- Solid understanding of the gaming industry, familiarity with game development cycles, and gaming products.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, consistently meeting deadlines under pressure.
- Energetic and engaging presence, contributing positively to team morale and communication.
