We are looking for a seasonal
Production Clerk - Industrial to ensure production data is properly and timely recorded. Files seasonal operations information and organizes packet information per shift. Supports with training material and revises logs as per management request. Will be working with Excel formatting. This role will be responsible for performing clerical duties, entering data, organizing and preparing documents and reports, and communicate information to appropriate staff sat our TomaTek plant in Firebaugh, CA. This is a seasonal position supporting our fresh pack season, typically June - October.

Key Responsibilities: - Performs data entry of production paperwork (Industrial Fillers, Sterilizers, Evaporation, Steam Peelers, Bulk and Flow Control), including Clean in Place (CIP) documentation.
- Maintains documentation in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Provides copies of all documentation, to Production Supervisors, Production Managers
- Monitors and reports any discrepancies from forms requiring signatures, dates or missing operations information.
- Reviews maintenance downtime logs and validates hours are properly filled into forms provided by department managers.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED and at least two years' experience in an office or production clerical setting.
- Read, write and speak English to successfully accomplish essential functions; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Skill in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to use calculator to perform general functions add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test, work extended hours, weekends, and any shift assigned during the fresh pack season, typically July to early October.
Compensation: The wage is $19.35 - $20.20, based on experience and qualifications.
