Qualifications: - Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in a television broadcast environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- BS degree in Engineering, Communications, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.
Desired Characteristics: - Proficiency with broadcast production systems and software, including audio consoles, intercom systems, video switchers, wireless audio, server-based playout, and test and measurement equipment.
- Understanding of TCP/IP networks. Knowledge of digital TV (HDSDI).

Responsibilities: - The Production/Broadcast Engineer will be responsible for providing front-line broadcast engineering and technical support across multiple studios and control rooms within the Stamford Sports facility.
- The role involves supporting all broadcast systems and technology for live day-of-air programs, troubleshooting hardware and systems, complying with computer security policies, and managing projects that include system design, integration, and commissioning.
- This position requires a combination of maintenance and project management/system engineering skills.
- The support needs span seven days a week, with certain periods requiring availability as part of a 24x7 schedule.
- Perform system-level troubleshooting of technical facilities, including control rooms, studio equipment, audio equipment, and associated computer systems.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on studio and control room equipment.
- ssist Studio Operations with technical setup in control rooms and studios.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to implement technical solutions that meet production initiatives.
- Install and update equipment and systems software.
- Repair and troubleshoot equipment to the module level using industry-standard test equipment.
- Manage projects, design systems, and assist with system integration and commissioning.
