Are you looking to break into the Cannabis Cultivation and Manufacturing industry with a great work ethic and eagerness to learn?.? Community Growth Partners / Rebelle (CGP) is looking for a Production Associate to join our cultivation and manufacturing teams. The Production Associate will perform trimming, packaging and fulfillment needs. With opportunities to learn production of MIPs, and basics of cultivation. This position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. No prior cannabis experience is needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform assigned manufacturing tasks according to standard operating procedures and protocols for the manufacture of consumer goods.

Perform assigned cultivation tasks according to standard operating procedures and protocols for the manufacture of consumer goods.

Properly manicure and handle high-quality cannabis flower

Properly assemble, package, and label products in preparation for shipping as outlined via customer order.

Maintain the highest standards of safety, hygiene & safe food handling practices by complying with internal policies and industry regulations.

Safely and precisely operate company equipment and production machinery.

Keep accurate records and conduct quality checks during cultivation and manufacturing processes.

Report issues in a timely manner and perform duties with the highest level of safety

Must follow all applicable policies, procedures and guidelines, including the safe and proper operation of any/all applicable machinery, instrumentation and equipment.

Work as part of a team to meet production schedules.

Record data in all necessary software platforms.

Good communication skills, verbal and written, with co-workers and management.

Practice good housekeeping habits throughout the facility with focus and personal contributions towards a clean and organized assigned work area at the end of the assigned shift.

Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Long periods of prolonged standing, sitting and use of hands
Long periods of prolonged use of office equipment, including computers and phones
Some crouching, stooping, balancing, or holding uncomfortable positions for extended periods of time; repetitive motions.
Requires bending and lifting 25+ pounds for distances of up to 100 feet
Ability to work in facilities and offices with fluorescent and other lighting exposure.
