Job Description We are currently looking for dedicated and dependable Production Associate to join our team in a full-time, temp-to-hire capacity. In this position, you will be tasked with operating a range of machinery utilized in the manufacturing of plastic goods, such as filament, blown film, and straw lines. Your main objective will be to ensure effective, top-notch, and secure manufacturing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate multiple machines utilized in plastic product manufacturing
- Collaborate with packers to uphold production flow
- Monitor production lines and conduct regular quality assessments
- Maintain a tidy and safe work environment
- Assist with the packaging of final products as required
- Adhere to written and verbal instructions accurately
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance
- Previous experience in machine operation is necessary
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding instructions
- Comfortable with working overtime, including weekends
