Production Assistant:
- Assist with daily production tasks and ensure smooth workflow on the shop floor
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Monitor quality standards and report any issues to the Production Supervisor
- Prepare materials and tools for production runs
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces according to health and safety protocols
- Support inventory tracking, packaging, and dispatch as needed
- Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet production targets
Candidate for Production Assistant:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and standing for extended periods
- Basic mechanical understanding or willingness to learn
