We are seeking a Production Artist, who is looking to continue their career with a great company. We are looking for someone who is both passionate about print and that can thrive in a collaborative fast-paced environment. This candidate will be responsible for editing, producing and maintaining print assets. They must have a good understanding of scope of work, staying on schedule, and following brand guidelines.


NOTE: Please send a portfolio with examples of your retouching and/or print production work.


What you can do for us:


• Help to produce and update seasonal catalog and tradeshow assets.


• Work on in-house photo editing.


• Prepare assets per brand guidelines for print and work with printers on upload and proof reviews.


• Collaborate with graphic designers and project managers on new collection launches.


• Help to produce and maintain marketing printed materials to support multiple brand collection launches throughout the year, along with printed materials used by sales and at trade shows/showroom, which may include price lists, product tags, signs, forms, etc.


• Collaborate with the Marketing team members and other internal departments on asset production.


• Follow brand guidelines as directed.


• Ensure that all content is fully developed, edited and meets company standards.

Qualifications:



• Bachelor degree (or equivalent experience) in Graphic Design or related area of study


• Minimum 3 years of professional print, design and retouching experience.


• Must have skills in both retouching images and print production within the Adobe Creative Suite.


• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment.


• Experience in producing mechanical print files and knowledge of various print production techniques. Also a comfort in producing for different mediums.


• Ability to follow print and digital asset guidelines.


• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, necessary.


• Ability to follow and effectively execute directions given.


• Must have a high degree of organization and strong attention to detail in order to meet tight deadlines, and prioritize workload.


• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and produce quality output in a timely manner.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is necessary.


• Ability to work well within a team setting as well as independently with minimal supervision.


• Ability to immerse oneself within company branding.

  • Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting.
  • Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
  • Required to use stairwells to attend meetings and engage with employees on multiple floors throughout building.

Starting base salary: $27.00-$29.00 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
