ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Core duties and responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned ty the director of production and cooperation with the department production supervisor.- Responsible for reading and understanding production schedules.
- Responsible for reading and understanding the directions of the BOM related to the following:
- Job Number
- PO
- Part Number
- Description of the Product
- Quantity
- Pallet configurations
Responsible for ensuring pallet configuration and patterns are being followed by BOM.
Responsible for printing out pallet tags for each pallet produced on production lines by inputting all the following information in Deacom under the correct Fill Ticket.
- Inputting production under the corresponding Fill Ticket
- Ensuring on putting qty. per pallet based on how the Fill Ticket calls for (units/cases)
- Ensuring product is staged in corresponding area, physically and systematically.
- Ensure lot codes are correct in the pallet and is entered in Deacom accordingly.
- Ensure quantities are sent to the corresponding locations addresses if requested by customer.
- Ensure correct PO are entered properly.
- Work with team lead and QC to ensure that information on pallet tags are being promptly and entered correctly in Deacom.
- Communicate via email with anyone related input production in Deacom.
- Unfinish pallet tags following the proper process.
- Provide Machine Operators with their OEE daily tracker sheet.
- Wrap pallet of product produced according to BOM specifications utilizing the Orion Texwrap Machine.
- Responsible for changing and adjusting plastic in the Orion Texwrap Machine.
- Physically move pallets from production lines to warehouse finish goods staging area utilizing an electric or manual pallet jack.
- Keep area of work organized for the safety of everyone.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This role doesn't require supervising employees.

- Must have a working knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

- Able to safely operate manual pallet jack.
- Certified to operate electric pallet jack.
- Required to stand/walk for long periods of time.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: - High school diploma or general education degree (GED); preferred but not required.
- Manufacturing experience in production is preferred.
