About the role:
We're looking for an intermediate to senior Strategist/Product Lead to help shape complex digital products and services that drive meaningful business and customer outcomes. You'll bring a strong product mindset and a clear ability to connect strategy to execution - crafting compelling visions and breaking them down into actionable roadmaps, journeys, and MVP plans.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to define product goals, identify opportunities, and ensure what we create is not just beautiful, but viable, desirable, and feasible.
This is a hybrid role that blends business strategy, product thinking, and customer experience design. It's ideal for someone who can both zoom out to the big picture and zoom in on the finer details of product delivery.
An ideal candidate will have the following knowledge and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, product management, or experience strategy, ideally in a consulting or agency environment
- Strong experience facilitating workshops, co-creation sessions, and stakeholder alignment conversations
- Proven ability to create user and business journey maps, product visions, MVP definitions, and experience roadmaps
- Comfortable shaping ideas from early-stage concepts to validated prototypes and launch-ready experiences
- Ability to work closely with visual/UX designers, developers, and researchers
- Familiarity with agile product delivery environments and working in sprints
- Clear communicator - able to present ideas and rationale persuasively to senior stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with a bias toward action and iteration
- Bonus: Experience working with Fortune 100 clients and large-scale digital transformation programs
This will be a hybrid role and we are open to candidates commutable to the following locations:
Plano TX, Dallas TX, St. Louis MO, Atlanta GA, Alpharetta GA, Schaumburg IL or Middletown NJ.
The pay range for this role is $130,000 - $170,000 per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
