Fit Specialist (Motorcycle Sales) Location: National City Harley-Davidson

As a Fit Specialist, you'll help customers find the Harley-Davidson that fits their lifestyle, guide them through a high-impact dealership experience, and become part of a high-performing team at National City Harley-Davidson.

If you're hungry to grow, love motorcycles, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment - this opportunity is for you. Key Responsibilities - Greet every customer with energy and professionalism - walk-ins, phone calls, internet leads, and special event guests.
- Identify customer needs through engaging conversation and strong product knowledge.
- Guide customers through motorcycle selection and presentation, helping them discover the perfect ride.
- Coordinate and lead powerful test ride experiences.
- Deliver a full dealership tour, introducing customers to key departments and staff.
- Follow up with all leads, unsold guests, and sold customers to build long-term relationships.
- Log every customer interaction into VinSolutions (CRM) - accurately and in real time.
- Maintain a strong, consistent presence on the floor.
- Represent the Harley-Davidson brand with integrity, confidence, and passion. What Success Looks Like - Mastery of Steps 1-5 and 8 of the Wise Riders Sales Process.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly unit sales goals.
- Consistent daily activity: logged greets, sit-downs, and follow-ups.
- Strong participation in training, coaching, and development.
- A high-energy presence, hunger to grow, and commitment to the team. Qualifications - Retail sales experience is a plus - but we'll train the right attitude.
- Motorcycle license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Strong verbal skills and ability to connect with people.
- Thrives in a performance-based, fast-moving environment.
- Coachable, accountable, and goal-driven. Physical & Work Environment Requirements - Must be able to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the day.
- Ability to balance and push an 800+ lb motorcycle (with assistance as needed).
- Work on the showroom floor with exposure to vehicle exhaust, cleaning agents, and noise.
