Role Overview:
Our Client Services team is expanding, and we're on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Specialist to join us. In this role, you'll act as a subject matter expert on our product suite, offering deep product knowledge and hands-on support to both internal teams and external clients. You'll play an essential role in boosting product adoption, elevating customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. You'll also serve as a vital link between our engineering and sales teams-translating technical details into actionable insights, supporting the sales process with your expertise, and ensuring that product solutions align with customer needs. We are looking for someone that can come onsite into theirMelville, NY office Mon, Tues, and Thurs.

Responsibilities:
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our product capabilities and limitations
• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the sales cycle
• Design and deliver compelling product demos and presentations
• Align customer pain points with tailored solutions
• Create custom analyses to highlight KWI's unique value and insights
• Use data-driven approaches to inform and execute new strategies
• Act as a trusted product expert across all stakeholders
• Conduct technical assessments to ensure product fit
• Deliver proactive and ongoing client training and support
• Develop and facilitate engaging training sessions for diverse audiences
• Create training resources such as manuals, presentations, and guides
• Develop instructional content including walkthroughs, videos, and documentation using WalkMe
• Write comprehensive release notes in partnership with Product and Program Management
• Source and synthesize information using Atlassian tools and development tickets
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in retail training, sales, or related roles
• Foundational understanding of web design (CSS, HTML, JavaScript)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 suite
• MySQL knowledge is a plus
• Strong passion for technology and delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
