Duties and Responsibilities: - Greet customers in a professional manner
- Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and carefully assessing their needs
- Possess a working knowledge of all vehicle features and benefits including optional equipment and/or warranty packages
- Be responsible for completing sales through the closing of the sale
- Follow up with customers and prospects to ensure satisfaction
Requirements: - A positive, can-do attitude
- Superior communication and customer service skills
- Excellent follow-through and closing skills
- Understanding of manufacturer's specifications
- Must be tech savvy and familiar with technology
