Compensation Range: $58/hr $67/hr W2
Job Description: Ensure the security of medical devices by assessing vulnerabilities, performing threat modeling, and reviewing penetration testing to meet FDA cybersecurity requirements.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: - Work with internal teams on new medical device products.
- Deliver cybersecurity-related documentation for FDA submissions.
- Conduct threat modeling, vulnerability assessments, and penetration test reviews.
- Ensure compliance with security standards in premarket medical devices.
- Adapt quickly to an ongoing project and collaborate with international teams.
Requirements: Must-Haves: - Hands-on experience with scanning, threat modeling, vulnerability testing, and reviewing penetration testing
- Experience with FDA submissions, including 510(k)
- 6+ years of cybersecurity experience
- Medical device industry experience
Nice-to-Haves: - Experience with CycloneDX, SBOM, SaaS security tools, or Checkmarx.
Soft Skills: - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about cybersecurity and eager to grow.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently.
