Job Description
Contributes to product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of the reporting portfolio of products or services. Conducts market research, collaborates with cross-functional teams, designs user experiences, and oversees the product development lifecycle. Applies expertise in user-centric design, agile methodologies, and market trends to help drive the success of the reporting portfolios and ensure they meet customer needs and expectations.
What you will do
Manages the product backlog, continuously assesses reporting needs, and identify gaps to meet consumer and client requirements.
Define the product vision, capabilities, priorities, and roadmap both internally and externally.
Identify opportunities for future reporting initiatives and client growth.
Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical requirements for actionable reports.
Develop detailed product requirements, specifications, and user stories to guide the product development process.
Demonstrate expert understanding of data sources to collaborate with various data platform teams for data ingestion, standardize definitions, and issue remediation.
Deliver findings and reports to management and the broader organization, influencing upwards and laterally to drive organizational change and alignment.
Communicate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure effective coordination and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
Provide consultation on reporting needs, enhancements, and industry trends.
Contribute to streamlining value delivery processes, including participating in the development of strategic plans and objectives to improve client experience goals.

Skills and Requirements
5-7 years work experience as PO
Agile SAFe certified (yes hard)
Strong background working on Agile Development teams
Change Management experience
Need someone from Data Analytics or Reporting background
o UI/UX background would be great too (big bonus)
Experience working with Business stakeholders
Experience collaborating with development teams
Strong experience gathering requirements
Must be able to do some UAT null
