As Product Owner, you will champion your product, translating vision into actionable steps for the development team. You will define and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring the team builds the right things at the right time to deliver maximum value to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather and analyse user needs and market requirements to inform product decisions.
- Translate product vision and requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritise the product backlog to maximise business value and align with strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the development team, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Make timely decisions on product features and functionality.
- Monitor and analyse product performance, identify areas for improvement, and iterate based on data and feedback.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on product progress.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within an agile environment.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex requirements into clear user stories.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Proactive, self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership.
