BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
- Compensation: $100,000 - $115,000 per year + Bonus
- PTO: 18 days starting.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE PRODUCT OWNER
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT Leaders, and end users to develop and maintain product roadmaps including new product releases
- Serve as Project Lead to ensure alignment of features and functions within Dayforce to company goals
- Manage and maintain the integrity of the HCM system, including data input, validation, reporting, and EDI file feeds
- Deliver HR reports, dashboards, and metrics to support HR and business objectives and strategic decision-making
- Lead audits and ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies and regulations
- Support user adoption by providing training and communication on how to use the HCM system effectively
- Manage deployments of HCM system updates and evaluate new features and enhancements
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll & Benefit teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data
- Lead the change management process and run impact analyses for proposed configuration changes
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for all things Dayforce including the oversight of security
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE FOR THE PRODUCT OWNER
- HRIS administration, configuration, and reporting
- Experience in software configuration, implementation, and change management operations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Proficiency with data tools
- Proven experience with troubleshooting and software issue resolution techniques
- Demonstrated ability to translate technology into business terms and influence outcomes with stakeholders
