We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Product Owner to lead the development and growth of the IntellectoKids application. You will be the champion for our young users and their parents, driving product strategy and execution based on data-driven insights and a continuous learning approach. You will work closely with a talented team of developers, designers, and other stakeholders to bring your vision to life.

Responsibilities:

  2. Hypothesis-Driven Development: Drive product development using a Lean Startup methodology, formulating testable hypotheses, success metrics, and prioritizing features based on potential impact and feasibility.
  3. Data Analysis & Insights: Continuously analyze in-app user behavior data, set out the key metrics of success, identify trends, and extract actionable insights to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement.
  4. User & Market Research: Conduct user research (with parents and through observation), analyze competitor offerings, and stay informed about the latest trends in early childhood education and mobile app development.
  5. Ideation & Prioritization: Gather and synthesize ideas from various sources including user data, internal feedback (marketing, growth, support domains), testing results, competitor analysis, and your own insights. Prioritize these ideas based on validated hypotheses and potential impact.
  6. Experimentation & Prototyping: Design and execute A/B tests and user testing sessions to validate product hypotheses and iterate on features. Create low-fidelity prototypes to quickly test concepts and gather feedback, in close cooperation with the Product designer and Game designer.

  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely and collaboratively with the development team, designers, marketing, growth, and customer support teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  9. Development Team Management: Lead and guide the development team, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment. Support their professional growth and continuously seek ways to improve their work efficiency and delivery.
  10. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key product metrics, analyze performance, and provide regular updates to stakeholders on progress and key learnings.
  11. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest product management best practices, technologies, and trends in the education and mobile app industries. Embrace a culture of continuous learning and knowledge acquisition.
What we expect from you:

  7. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  8. Experience managing and mentoring development teams in an Agile development environment.
  9. Passion for education and creating engaging experiences for young children.
  10. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Education, or a related field is a strong plus.
  11. Fluency in Russian and English are required.
