Job Description:

We're seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to fill a hybrid role that bridges the gap between product ownership and technical project management. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and strong leadership skills. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving product vision, prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring successful technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership:
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, aligning it with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine product requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications.
Project Management:
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, development, and QA.
  • Develop and execute project plans, track progress, and manage risks.
  • Facilitate technical decision-making processes, including architecture discussions.
  • Ensure effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or technical project management
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and software development lifecycle
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in software development
  • Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools
  • Experience in industry.
  • PMP certification.
