As a Digital Product Owner within the Data Enablement product family, you will deliver personalization use cases on digital channels to drive customer engagement and business growth. You will define foundational data capabilities and partner with technology teams for execution.
Responsibilities:
- Define Product Vision: Partner with stakeholders to set the product vision and prioritize work.
- Manage Product Backlog: Build and prioritize the backlog to achieve Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
- Evaluate Performance: Assess product performance and develop strategic plans.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Align product vision, features, and roadmap with stakeholder insights.
- Deliver MVP & Releases: Define and deliver the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and incremental releases.
- Define Requirements: Create user story acceptance criteria and testing frameworks.
- Optimize Systems: Partner with technology teams for system optimization.
- Analyze Metrics: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics.
- Execute Go-to-Market Strategies: Collaborate on go-to-market strategies.
- Empower Team: Foster a culture of accountability and ownership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years in Product Management or Engineering in Financial Services or Tech industry.
- Superior stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
- Agile practitioner with Jira expertise.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with Snowflake and Marketing Operations.
- Proven experience in data product development.
- Highly analytical with data-driven decision-making skills.
