Product Owner

We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner to join our team in a hybrid role based in Brookfield, WI or Minneapolis, MN. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead product planning and development while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experiences. Responsibilities
•  Drive product vision and strategy by analyzing market trends and customer needs.
•  Collaborate with Agile teams to manage the product backlog and prioritize features.
•  Lead Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand Ups and Retrospectives, to ensure effective team collaboration.
•  Develop and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
•  Ensure all acceptance criteria are met and stakeholder needs are satisfied through delivered experiences.
•  Coordinate dependencies with other teams to streamline product development processes. Skills
•  Proven experience in Agile product management or a similar role.
•  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
•  Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
•  Proficiency in tools such as Jira and Confluence for project management. Preferred Skills
•  Experience with design thinking methodologies.
•  Familiarity with mainframe systems is a plus.
•  Background in customer experience enhancement and product lifecycle management.
