Product Operations Specialist - Advanced Analytics Go to Market
Mastercard's Services organization develops and delivers world-class security products and services for customers across the globe

Global product team is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to support the evolution and expansion of the Advanced Analytics product suite. The Specialist will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and regional marketing, to ensure that the portfolio's value propositions and differentiators resonate with target audiences and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product lifecycle management, competitive positioning, and market trends, as well as experience developing tailored marketing strategies for diverse customer segments

Role and responsibilities:

• Drive the creation of compelling sales materials bringing value propositions that differentiate the portfolio in the market. Conduct regular competitive analysis and customer research to refine positioning and ensure alignment with market trends and needs

• Lead, coordinate and present internal trainings

• Support the execution of product launches and campaigns, defining the GTM playbook for the portfolio and collaborating with integrated marketing teams to translate product features into customer-focused messaging that resonates with specific buyer personas.

• Leverage market research, customer insights, sales insights, and competitive intelligence to inform portfolio strategies and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

All about you:
- Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
- Experience in developing sales materials and visual presentations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all level
- Experience working and presenting to external-facing customers, especially large enterprise organizations will be a plus
- Previous experience in Media or Credit Risk will be considered a plus

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. Pay Ranges

Purchase, New York: $75,000 - $120,000 USD
