Key Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Leadership

  • Own the end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy for product launches, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Define product positioning, messaging, launch timelines, and multi-channel execution plans.

Strategic Planning & OKRs

  • Develop and drive annual and quarterly product marketing plans.
  • Establish measurable Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) to ensure marketing activities are tied to business growth.

Integrated Campaign Development

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Creative, Digital) to build and execute global product campaigns that generate awareness, demand, and engagement.

Content & Messaging Ownership

  • Create compelling and technically accurate messaging across digital, retail, and offline touchpoints, tailored to gamer and PC enthusiast communities.

Market Intelligence

  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive research to inform product strategies and identify differentiation opportunities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer in product planning and campaign development.

Bilingual Communication

  • Produce and adapt marketing content in both English and Mandarin to support campaigns across North America and Asia-Pacific markets.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market planning, or related marketing roles in the tech, gaming, or consumer electronics industry.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful GTM strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of PC hardware, gaming peripherals, or DIY enthusiast markets.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus for cross-regional collaboration.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sales, Creative, and Regional Marketing.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and campaign performance.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and familiarity with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Asana is a plus.
  • Passion for gaming, technology, and innovation in the PC industry.
