Role Details

This is a hybrid position (2 days/week onsite in the Manhattan office), reporting directly to the Director of Product Marketing (not based in the U.S.).


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop deep product expertise-understand features, technical capabilities, use cases, and customer value to become the go-to resource across internal teams.
  • Translate complex technical functionality into clear, benefit-driven messaging tailored for buyers, users, and stakeholders.
  • Own product positioning and messaging frameworks, customizing value propositions by segment, persona, and market context.
  • Support sales by participating in strategic customer conversations, articulating value, addressing objections, and accelerating deal velocity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and GTM teams to align on priorities, launch timelines, and value delivery.
  • Create and maintain impactful enablement materials, including sales presentations, product one-pagers, battlecards, briefs, and internal FAQs.
  • Deliver structured training sessions to internal teams on product capabilities, competitive differentiation, and use cases.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to identify product gaps, technical differentiators, and opportunities for message refinement.
  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for new products and features-including messaging, launch toolkits, and post-launch performance tracking.
