This is a pivotal position with the ability to grow into a leadership role as the company expands. We are a lean team, and all employees have the opportunity to impact high level decision making. This position is 100% remote.

About the Role

As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll own how we speak to our players across key touchpoints - including in-app messaging, push notifications, email, SMS, app store listings, and social media. You'll collaborate closely with the Live Ops, Product, and Creative teams to deliver timely, thoughtful, and effective messaging that drives engagement, retention, and loyalty.

What You'll Do

  • Plan and execute player-facing communications across email, push notifications, in-game messaging, SMS, and social media
  • Manage and update app store pages (ASO), including copy, screenshots, promotional text, and seasonal updates
  • Coordinate with Live Ops and Product teams to support new events, updates, and features through multi-channel messaging
  • Develop and manage messaging calendars aligned with product and campaign timelines
  • Partner with social media managers to ensure consistent tone and timely communication across platforms
  • Segment audiences and personalize communication strategies to reach the right players at the right time
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (open rates, click-throughs, retention, etc.) and continuously optimize content
  • Ensure consistency in voice, branding, and quality across all communication channels

What We're Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in product marketing, CRM, or player communications (ideally in mobile gaming or apps)
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a strong sense of voice and player empathy
  • Experience with CRM and messaging platforms (Braze, Leanplum, Iterable, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ASO and app store marketing best practices
  • Comfortable working with data to evaluate messaging effectiveness and inform future strategies
  • Experience collaborating with social and community teams to align messaging across channels
  • Bonus: Experience with localization workflows and managing communications for global audiences

Why Join Us?

  • Shape how millions of players engage with and experience our games
  • Join a creative, collaborative team that values experimentation and iteration
  • Work on genre-leading titles with strong daily active user bases
  • Competitive salary & benefits
